Light Blue Shabti

These beautiful pages from the Koran, the holy book of Islam, celebrate through their beauty and skill, the glorious and exalted art of the pen. They represent the great tradition of what is regarded as the highest form of artistic expression in the Islamic world. These pages consist of 12 lines written in black and gold.
